Serendah Waterfall

Ok babies, let me tell you all what I'd love doing on my spare time. Dating? Maybe? But not really :p haha. What I'd do is going to waterfalls or beach or just stay at home all day long. Now, this is about Serendah Waterfall. 

亲爱们！今天又是一个分享文章，暂时和食物没有关系。不过也别立刻转台哇～ 个人喜欢在空闲的时间参与和朋友的聚会，而我们这个gang最常做的事情就是爬瀑布／ 一日游／去沙滩，要不然就是各自呆在家一整天。而今天我们要去的瀑布是 Serendah Waterfall.

Serendah is a small town at Selangor after Rawang before Ulu Yam, it is nice for natural retreat. However, not a lot of people know about this place. Hubby boy brought me to there 2years ago but we just have a quick look and not really hiking to upper waterfall. You can find it after Kanching Waterfall and Selayang HotSpring (If you are coming from KL or Kepong), to get there, you must get through the small town of Serendah. Then a village of Kampong Orang Asli. The rod is well maintainted, being tarred everywhere you go. So, no need to fear of the leeches even you go deep into the jungle. 

Serendah是一个小小的镇，在Rawang和 Ulu Yam之间，是一个非常接近大自然的地方，可是却很多人都不知道。两年前，老公曾经带我去这个瀑布，但是我们只是快速地扫瞄一下，错过了上游的美景。在从KL去Serendah之前，会经过Kanching Waterfall和Selayang温泉。去Serendah Waterfall之前，一定会经过Serendah 的小镇（废话），然后穿过当地土著村才到瀑布。

Seven wells before we reach Serendah Waterfall, located beside the main road before we head to Kampong Orang Asli. ( I just snap 2wells :p)

到Serendah Waterfall之前有一个小路通到那里附近的“七仙井“ xD,就在主要道路的旁边。

This area, as you can see from the picture above are not allow to enter. Because the impulsive force is too strong, you may not able to float especially the water is too deep. Tragedy happened before, more than 20 people drowned here :( too bad. But it still a quite nice waterfall with a vertical drop of around 8m and a good flow of water.

从照片中可以看到，瀑布下游有一条绳子把瀑布给围了起来不允许进入。瀑布的冲力实在太强，水也很深，如果到那里戏水的话，会很有可能被强压的水弄得没有办法浮起来。之前发生了好多悲剧和意外，至今为止，已经有20多个人在这里溺毙。除出这点，这里的瀑布真的美得值得一来。

Luckily there's not so many people due to Puasa. As is often the case, the local authorities have built various facilities around the fall in an attempt to improve its tourism potential. They have built a car park and toilets (essential), and changing rooms (also useful but they give the misleading impression that it is always safe to swim here which is not the case). They have also built shelters for temporary food stalls (good if they enable local residents to earn income from visitors).

基于开斋节的缘故，所以即使是周末，来这里的人也不多。这里的设施也不错，有干净的厕所和停车场。除了这些，这里还有好几个小档口专门卖小吃和饮料 :)

What we must do on waterfall? 

在瀑布应该要做什么呢？

1. Bancuh coffee/ milo either bring along our homemade Fun Shu Tong Sui. Delicious, thanks for our hiking kaki, Elles. 

1.冲咖啡／Milo,然后带着组员精心褒的番薯糖水，一流啊！！

2. Eat. Usually we love to bring nasi lemak, you zhar kuai or bread :p So joyful ask you can see from here,hiak hiak.

2.吃！ 平时我们都会带Nasi Lemak，油炸鬼或者是面包上去。从图片就看的出我有多享受啦xD

3.Relax. I soak my body into the water and enjoying the sunbath.

3.放松。把身体浸在冷冷的山水里，然后享受日光浴。

Erm...This guy is lil bit over xD

Last but not least. We always have our group photo after hiking or before we leave. Guess where I am. Tips: the most naughty one :p

最后当然烧不了大合照啦！每次爬山过程中或者是离开之前都会拍一张作纪念。猜猜我在哪里吧。提示：最顽皮的那位 :p

Spending some quality time with your friends which is totally different from usual activities really make us bond well. Friendship, understanding, toleration, loves and caring as well as kindness can be translated in activities which canbe done together. Everyone really had fun although later on :p  Everyone really tired but satisfied with the picnic. So on, we had our amazing Thai Food lunch nearby, stay tune for the next post.

相比和朋友们去逛街花钱，我更喜欢和一大班朋友去游山玩水。从这样的活动中，可以发掘友谊，互相了解，忍让，爱和关心。一起这样出外郊游真的很愉快哇！还可以疏解压力。爬完山后，当然是一起吃过午餐才各自回家啦，在附近找到了一间华人开的泰国餐厅，敬请期待下一篇吧。
