Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie @ Pandan Indah

Fougasse belongs to the famous bakery in town, which is Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie@ Jalan Imbi. With the meaning of bread in French language, Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie @Pandan Indah also provide variety of breads, pastries, cakes and light meals but their price a bit cheap than Levain. Such a good news for Levain lovers but think it's too privcey.
Fougasse，其实是Levain 的第三间分行。在法文里，Fougasse就是面包的意思。 Fougasse提供的餐点基本上和Levain大同小异，唯一不同的是，Fougasse的价格比Levain还便宜一点。喜欢到Levain用餐但却觉得Levain价钱太贵的朋友们可以来这里试试看。

Hence it's lunch hour of SATURDAY, so crowd and I failed to find any seat inside Fougasse so we had our meal by sitting outside.

刚好来的时候是星期六的午餐时间，餐厅内已经全满了，只剩下户外一张桌子。

The soft opening had been held at Monday (22th Oct), and it was not pretty well-known before by others since it was working day too. And now, they are running SET LUNCH PROMOTION. It never happen in Levain,yay!!
一进门左手边就有着琳琅满目的面包，曲奇，水果塔，沙拉等等。Fougasse是在10月22号开张的，还不是很多人知道这里开了一间分店，所以他们有着Levain没有的优惠。之前是全部餐点折扣20%， 而现在则推出了下午套餐。

I ordered a set lunch which included Chicken Aglio Ouo Spaghetti. It has a hint of spiciness. You get chicken and some diced capsicums. The chickens are succulent and juicy but I really can't stand and so afraid of the capsicums.
我就贪新鲜贪便宜，选了一个鸡肉意大利套餐，有点小辣。意大利面里面有着爽口的鸡肉块以及灯笼椒切丁。鸡肉很爽口多汁，唯一的缺点是（我的缺点）我太害怕灯笼椒的味道。

Coffee. 咖啡。

Chef Salad. Got a little bit of sesame oil, Chinese will love it so much I think.

厨师沙拉。沙拉上淋有一点麻油， 华人应该会很爱的。

Beside the set lunch, I try my colleague's Honeydew Bun (RM 4.80)

除了下午推出的套餐，我还偷吃了同事的蜜瓜面包。

Plenty choice of salad only RM5.90. 

No cheat!!Really RM5.90 ,whatever smoked salmon salad, fruit salad or potato salad. Made of red and green lettuce leafs, the dressing has a hint of sweetness, very much like Japanese dressing.
里面有着各种各样的沙拉，每一种才卖RM5.90。没骗你们哦！真的只是RM 5.90,无论是烟熏三文鱼沙拉，水果沙拉还是马铃薯沙拉等等。沙拉有着绿色和紫红色的莴苣，淋上他们特制的酱料，甜甜的，感觉上有点像日式沙拉。

Yummy Hot Chocolate RM7.00

What a great way to enjoy after OT on Saturday. Ambience is pleasant, reminiscent of traditional french bakery. Since its already opened last few month, but words must have spread around, just by witnessing that it's packed by lunch hour. 
热巧克力。
星期六加班后最让人放松的事莫过于好好地吃一餐了（整天只会吃）。餐厅的装潢让人感觉好舒适，让我差点以为我真的就在法国的面包店里享受下午茶。虽然才开张了几个月，不过午餐时间还真的会满座哦。

Strawberry Tartlet (RM4.90).  

The tart is very friable because it made by walnut.
Please forgive me for order too many food and make of all you so hungry, I just want to try everything looks attracting there.
草莓塔。塔饼有点易碎，因为塔饼是用核桃做成的，很好吃。原谅我自个儿点了那么多好吃的，纯粹想要试吃各种各样看起来很吸引人的餐点。

Karaage Chicken Burger (RM12.80) Deep fried chicken chunks and lettuce, served with salad and potato wedges.
鸡肉汉堡。酥炸鸡肉块以及爽口的莴苣，再配上沙拉还有马铃薯。

Before I leave, I decided to try to Macaroon. I still remember the taste of Macaroon I bought in Levain, not as sweet as other macaroons, taste moderate.
离开之前，我又嘴痒痒手痒痒地跑去买马卡隆。我还记得我第一次吃到Levain的马卡隆，味道没我之前吃的那么甜，味道刚刚好呢。

Same price with Levain. Buy more save more. Some people will confuse about their price list, not 1~5 only cost RM3.60, what exactly is: if you buy 1~5 pieces of macaroons, it will cost RM3.60 each.
马卡隆的价钱和Levain的一样。买多则能节省更多。有些人可能会对马卡隆的价钱表有点疑惑。其实他们要表达的是：买1~5个马卡隆的价钱，每个是RM3.60，以此类推。

6 Macaroons RM19.80

From left to right are: Hazelnut Praline, Fruit De La Pasion & Mango , Macchiato(Coffee) ,Cassis(Blackcurrant), 75% Ghana Dark Chocolate, and Limited Time Special Macarron: Durian!!!!
6颗马卡隆总共是RM19.80. 从左到右的榛果马卡隆， 芒果口味的，玛奇朵咖啡口味的，黑醋栗，加纳黑巧克力还有限量推出的榴莲口味。 

I know some people who first time to been Fougasse will confuse that : How to order? For sure, you have to choose your bread or tart if you want and pay at the counter. While you reach the counter, the cashier will ask whether you want to take away or having here and then show you their menu.Worry about take too long to look at the menu? It's ok, you can have a check on the menu outside before you walk in.
我知道有些人去到一些新的餐厅会有点不知所措，该怎么点餐呢？ 当然，一进门的时候，你可以先到你左边的面包区选你想吃的面包，饼干等等，然后再拿到柜台去付钱。当你去到柜台的时候，服务员会询问你想要外带还是在这里用餐，然后再让你看看他们的菜单。担心自己花太多时间在看菜单而耽误了后面的客人？没关系，你可以先在外面看看他们的菜单后再进去点餐。

After order, they will give you a number and you just have to wait for their waitress to serve your food :)
点餐以及付钱后，他们会给你一个号码牌。而大家只需要做的是耐心等待上菜咯。
