Royal Caribbean's —— Romeo & Juliet (Day 1)

As I mentioned before, the more and most attractive food post will post continuously THIS WEEK!! All of you will be very looking forward and please visit my blog frequently xD  
Food. That's one of the best things about a cruise. Day or night, there's ALWAYS something available. 
来了来了，之前答应了读者说会尽快上传皇家加勒比的博文，所以我打算这个星期会写一连串的食物篇来荼毒大家，这样一来你们才会一直来看我呀xD (心机好重的女人）
在船上最好的服务之一，就是每天都有24小时不间断的食物选择。

The Romeo and Juliet Dining Room（罗密欧与朱丽叶）

Located on Decks 4 and 5, The Romeo and Juliet main dining room on Legend of the Seas is your two tiered, opulent main dining room. This restaurant's most recent guest reviews suggest great staff service and excellent food. 

就在船上的4楼和5楼，''罗密欧与朱丽叶''是船上最大，也是最华丽的主题餐厅。所以这间餐厅也是最多人去，服务最好的高级餐厅。

Very soon, the sun began to set and it’s about time for dinner soon at Romeo & Juliet restaurant.  Our dinner is at the second seating which is at 8:15pm.  If you’re an early diner, you can request for the 1st seat of dinner when booking your cruise tickets.

很快地，来到了晚餐时间。我们的晚餐时间是安排在第二个时段 8:15pm 。如果你习惯早点吃晚餐的话，在你预订旅程的时候可以通过客服向他们要求第一个时段的。

A waiter and assistant waiter are assigned to your table, and they will be the ones in charge of your table each night. You really see many nationalities serving on board. Our waiter Dadan was from Indonesia, and assistant waiter was Xiao Lian from China who spoke uncannily good English and served us very well. If your parents (second citizen) don't know english, don't worry! Your waiter will give you menu in Chinese and explain each course to you.
每一张桌子都有两位服务生，每一个晚上就是由这两位为你们服务。一眼望过去，感觉很“国际化”，服务生都是来自世界各地的，有韩国，欧美，中国，俄罗斯等国家。而我们这一桌是由一位来自印度尼西亚的Dadan 还有来自中国的晓莲为我们服务。他们的英文说得非常流利，服务也很好。如果家里有老人家不懂得看英文餐牌的话，他们除了会拿中文版的餐牌之外，还会一一向大家解释和介绍当晚的主菜，甜点还有厨师推荐。

The kind folks from the Royal Caribbean invited us for lunch here.

Children below the age of 12(unless under accompany of parents) are not allowed in here and there is a strict dress code to follow for every dinner seating.

就像你们看到的，桌子上都是整齐的刀叉和玻璃杯，所以12岁以下的孩童是禁止进入的（除非有着两位家长的陪同）。而且进来用餐的时候，门口都有一位服装检查员，穿着无袖上衣，短裤还有拖鞋的人士是不被允许进入用餐的哦。

Menu

The first menu presented to us includes the starters and mains.  Although it is a 3-course dinner, we can order as many choices as we like.  Sure we not to order excessively as to avoid unnecessary food wastage :)

这样一个餐牌里面已经很完整地写着前菜和主菜了。虽然是只有3-course, 但是我们可以任点我们想吃的。也就是说，你想试吃哪一种就点哪一种。不过为了避免浪费，所以我们点的都是刚刚好 :)

White Mountain Bread

At the start of the meal, a variety of bread will be served.  Over here, it is a White Mountain Bread which we choose.  It taste like sesame seed with that similar texture and taste.
开始上菜之前，服务生会拿着一大篮面包让你选你要哪一种面包。我选了这个White Mountain Bread, 吃起来就像吃有着瓜子的法国面包。

Of course, we can put on some butter :)

当然，他们会提供奶油。

My favourite Caeser Salad, I can finish it everytime! 

我最爱的Caeser Salad, 每一次我都将它吃光。

Boyfie  had the Sopa De Tortilla for starter which is robust Mexican tomato soup garnished with fried julienne tortilla.  It is very appetizing and with the tortilla, it makes the soup interesting with crispy bits to chew on.

男友点了一个墨西哥番茄汤，里面配有玉米粉圆饼。想不到这个简简单单的玉米粉圆饼可以将蕃茄汤的味道提升，喝一口甜甜的蕃茄汤，然后再咬一口脆脆的玉米粉圆饼，很是享受。

And I had my Sweet Corn Soup which is creamy soup loaded with chicken bites and crabmeat. It's awesome with the crabmeat, it make the soup refreshing and the crabmeat more than chicken bites.

而我点了一个玉米浓汤，里面有着鸡丁块还有螃蟹肉。难以形容这种美味，玉米和螃蟹肉的味道很分明，螃蟹肉的鲜味完全不会盖掉玉米汤的甜味。

For the main, Boyfie had the Slow-Roasted Prime Rib (Medium Rare)due to he is a beef lover.  The rib is so tender and juicy. Juicy cut of beef served with tasty horseradish au jus and mashed potatoes. 631 Sequoia Grove, Cabernet Sauvignon, California ∙ bottle 71. I am sure you must be drooling at it right now!

终于上主菜啦！男友是牛肉爱好者（不过也不是经常吃），所以不难猜到他会点这一份慢烤肋排牛肉（5分熟）。牛肉依然非常多汁（是多汁，不是多血，所以不用担心，真的烤得很嫩），配上他们特制的酱料还有马铃薯泥，味道非常好！

It's my Miso Pesto Brushed Atlantic Salmon with Japanese ratatouille and steamed rice. 652 La Crema, Chardonnay, Russian River,California ∙ bottle 68. This was recommended by our waiter and chef. The salmon was done nicely, not too overcooked, and the black bean sauce added a savoury Asian touch.
轮到我的三文鱼上桌啦，除了三文鱼之外，还配有日本素菜和白饭。这都是服务生还有厨师推荐的，果然没有让我们失望。三文鱼煮得刚刚好，不会不熟也不会过熟，所以三文鱼肉很分明，很容易割开。日本素菜里头还有少许酱油，吃起来有点像亚洲菜。

After the main course was over, we were presented with a dessert menu, it’s very difficult to make 1 choice everything on the menu is so tempting! I didn't order any dessert but my boyfie did. Right here is the Chocolate Cherry Cake which is classic flavor combination in a cake; served with a dollop of Kirsch cream and topped with a scoop of sugar free luscious vanilla ice-cream.

吃过了主菜后，服务生就递给了我们每人一份甜点餐牌。有史以来最难做决定的就是这一次了，因为餐牌里面的甜点叙述都好吸引人。不过，我没点xD 但幸好男友点了，不然大家就看不到甜点了。第一张是巧克力樱桃蛋糕（想不到男友会喜欢这样的蛋糕==) ,再配上Kirsch Cream, 而第二张是少糖香草雪糕，老人家也可以吃。

On the Legend of the Seas, the desserts are the best as the pastry chef is professional at making mouth watering desserts which I can’t help but to ask for more to satisfy my sweet tooth.
在这一趟船上，甜点是厨师们的拿手“好戏”，而且卖相和味道都是大家公认地一流的哦！

My intimate waiter Xiao Lian know I'm having stomach upset, so she get me a special plate of fresh fruit. No printed in menu yet you can request fruit from your waiters.
我那桌的服务生很贴心，知道我的肠胃不好，吃不下甜点了，所以到厨房特别为了我准备了一碟新鲜水果，帮助消化。光看卖相就赢完了:p 餐牌上没有水果，但是你们可以向你们的服务生要求。

This is only first night dinning in Romeo & Juliet, please looking forward to 2nd night and 3rd night :p
