Uncle Jang Korea Restaurant @ Puchong

Uncle Jang is no longer a new icon in town. Gaining its popularity rapidly, this Korean Restaurant has more and more franchises mushrooming around the country. It's not my first time to been Uncle Jang and I'm giving high recommended to my beloved cousin since she come to KL from Kedah last week.

Uncle Jang,相信很多人都有听过吧？ 最近还迅速地在KL 地区内“开花结果”。虽然这已经是我第N+1 次来这里了，但从没写过这间韩国餐厅。刚好难得从吉打下来KL的表妹给了我这个机会重写一次。

Highly recommended their Dak-Galbi and Samgye-tang( Ginseng Chicken Soup)

这里最值得推荐的就是他们的Dak-Galbi还有人参鸡汤了。

We are ready to be serve :p The waiter is so friendly, we ordered too much accidently, so the waiter remind us we can cut down some in case we cannot finish it. Well, that's a good advice, we really can't finish too much :p

等待上菜中。那里给我们点餐的服务生很亲切，我们不小心点了太多，他也很好心地提醒我们可以减少一些分量，不然我们4个女生1个男生是没有办法吃完的。虽然减少了一些，不过到最后我们还是没吃完，太高估自己的食量了。

Sit back and relax and watch the frying process, it takes about 10-20 minutes.

耐心等待Dak-Galbi，我们唯一可以做的就是乖乖等吃，服务生会来帮我们炒的 :) 只需要等各10~20分钟就可以吃了。

The Dak Galbi chapter kicks start when a gigantic hot plate is heated using flame from LPG. The crew will shove everything into the hot plate and cooks it the teppanyaki way. I went for the Normal spiciness (RM19 per pax/portion) as my friend could not take spicy food and the pungent smell from the next table already sent us a signal not to try out the Hot Spicy (RM22 per pax/portion)level. There is a minimum order of 2 person when it comes to Dak Galbi. Luckily I forget to take my lunch and I have 4 dining partner.

Dak-Galbi的分量超级大哇！！ 其实炒法就有点像是铁板烧。我们点了一个普通无辣的Dak-Galbi， 因为我们都不太能吃辣而且隔壁桌已经给了我们一个很好的“教训”。辣的Dak-Galbi实在是太呛鼻了。Dak-Galbi最少要点2个人的分量，幸好我刚好忘了吃午餐而又有4位“助手”帮忙吃。

Dakgalbi - mainly consist of cabbage, sweet potato, chicken and stir fried in chili paste. The picture above is stir fried with ramen already.(Extra toppings like mushroom, egg, cheese etc are available too.)最主要的“内容”就是包菜，甜番薯，鸡肉丁，少许泡菜，还有一点点辣椒。上面的照片是有加了拉面的哦！（可以另加蘑菇，鸡蛋或者是起司等等之类的）

 After it's done, you eat it with lettuce provided and fresh garlic and dips. They also provide a salt sorbet kinda drink which my friend said that can cool down the spicyness in your mouth. 
Dak-Galbi
煮好后，可以用莴苣包着Dak-Galbi来吃，也可以配上一点蒜头来提升味道。他们也提供了一些雪糕（要另点）用来止辣的。

Pork Bulgogi (Or you can order chicken). Personally though Dak-Galbi still the best.
烤肉（他们也有提供鸡肉的）。不过还是觉得Dak-Galbi最好吃。

We ordered Samgye-tang just like we order Dak-Galbi everytime I have been here. A lot of chicken and the chicken absorb the soup so fast!!!! Very light, suitable have it after you finish you Dak-Galbi :)

我们还点了一个人参鸡汤,就像这里的Dak-Galbi一样，必点！！鸡肉很多，但是鸡肉很快就将汤汁给吸收了。味道很清淡，很适合在吃过Dak-Galbi之后慢慢享用。

We are pretty satisfied with the portion and taste. Definitely a comfort food when I crave for Korean flavours, the only problem is : they have no range hood. So please keep your hair dry while you have your meal here in case your hair smell like yummy barbeque :p

每次来这里都非常满意他们的食物以及分量，是一个用餐聚会的好地方,唯一稍微欠缺的就是：他们没有抽油烟机。回到家后记得要马上洗澡哦！还有千万要保持头发干爽地来，不然头发会很容易沾上烧烤的味道。

Mureung Dowon Korea BBQ @ Ampang, KL.

Thanks to mummy.I have the opportunity to visit this place. It is a Korean Restaurant at Jalan Ampang, which is located near Ampang Point, 2nd floor of CIMB bank building. It was a bit hard for us to find the place as you can only see the shop if you walk through CIMB bank but while driving, we hardly spot it. I guess it was the location that make it hard for people to come over. The location was a bit crowded during at night when all those small malay's stalls(AL-HAFIZ) started their business at the road side. But when we arrived to Mureung Dowon, it was so much different from the outside, it is like we have arrived to a beautiful garden where the whole place was decorated by light white colour. It make the whole environment feel soft and cozy.
谢谢妈咪，我才有机会来这里吃晚餐。这是Ampang一间韩国餐厅，靠近Ampag Point以及CIMB 银行。好难找啊！原来它就在高速公路天桥旁边的店屋二楼。而且晚上有点昏暗，令我们找到它的难度增高。但其实它就在一间AL-HAFIZ的mamak档旁边。一进门，就有一种焕然一新的感觉。

Mummy bought the groupon for only RM65 to enjoy RM125 meal for 4 person. It sounds worth as I though the food quite suit my taste after a few reviews on Korean Food.Mummy call 2DAYS for reservation but nobody pick up our phone.I not really like this place because  there have no range hood, no window and hyper oily under the table.Can you imagine how was the feeling when you place your leg under the table and ...urgghhh!!I really don't know how to describe the awkward feeling.

妈咪在网络上买了groupon,原价要RM125的四人套餐，现在只卖RM65。听起来有点物超所值，看了看menu,就让我对它们的期望有点高。问题来了，妈咪和我轮流打电话过去预订，打了足足两天却没有接我们的电话。到了餐厅后又发现，他们居然没有抽油烟机，没有窗户，烤炉下居然也没有滤油，就这样任由那些油迹到处流。当我坐下，正准备把脚放在坐垫上的时候，居然一个不小心把手......好吧~我不想说了。难以形容的感觉啊。

For this restaurant, they came with 5 side dishes which is called the Banchan. Normally, Korean Restaurant serve 10 unlimited side dishes.

这件餐厅只上了5道Banchan.正宗的韩国餐厅，基本上都是有10道的。

This deal comes with:

• Korean BBQ pork belly strips with 6 Banchan side dishes.(But we only get 5 Banchan side dishes)
• Additional roasted chicken, BBQ marinated chicken, or marinated beef for parties of 4 or 6.(We didn't get it at all)
• Side dishes include spicy kimchi, sausage bok um, boiled egg with soya sauce, and more.

Unlimited 4 side dishes, pork belly and beef really no enough for 4 person, so we decided to order more.While we order noodle, the waiter inform us they have no noodle food.FYI, we order ramen.

免费无限添加的Banchan，猪肉以及牛肉真的不够4个人吃，所以我们决定再多点两道重食。当我们要点面食的时候，服务生居然告诉我们说他们现在没有提供面食。那好吧~我们就点拉面（怎么拉面就不是面食吗？！)

我们还点了一个没有海鲜的海鲜炒饭，连一只小虾子都没有。

Overall, this not a good restaurant that serve bogus quantity meat and side dishes even it is a coupon offer. This offer is real good but too bad that the service is real bad. One, the disappointing kitchen gave the seafood fried rice without seafood and the foreign waiter don't really understand what we saying.Third, BBQ without range hood and window(The air-cond also something went wrong,cannot operate)the smoke make our eyes can't open ,keep watering eyes and running nose.

大致上来说，这不是一间非常完善以及有信用的餐厅。优惠是不错，但是服务真的不怎么好。第一，厨房居然给我们没有海鲜的海鲜炒饭。外国服务生也不怎么听得明白我们在说什么,要些什么。第三，烤肉餐厅居然没有抽油烟机(冷气机也不怎么能操作）烟熏得我们眼睛不但睁不开，还一直流眼泪和鼻涕。

Boyfie ask will I visit again? Absolutely NO! I usually do not give a bad service restaurant a second chance.Too bad and not honestly.When we reach there, they just give us 4 small dishes for 4 people! suppose is 1 sets of 6 dishes. after ate we were not full and go to next round eat again.
